The authorization is updated automatically

When someone's work related knowledge expires, iSaac notifies and makes the educational material available to the person. This is how a display becomes an interactive training center, lecturer, supervising teacher and examiner in one. It updates the the training matrix for entry authorization and leave demand.

A smart way to organize meetings

iSaac turns a static meeting room board into a fully customizable digital signage device. Our unique solution is constantly updating the dates and availability of meeting. The participants can log in remotely or at the door with our built-in touch features.

Qualification expiration alert

During the usage, iSaac automatically indicates if the required knowledge expires in 30 days. This system message is repeated until the user takes a valid exam at an iSaac Knowledge Space point within the available 30 day time frame.

Training and health matrix

The knowledge of the employees is digitalized and automatically updated according to the settings and the success of the exams. The medical staff generates the medical fitness on the iSaac smart device after the necessary examination. The workers can indicate the demand of leaving at the Knowledge Space point.

Permission management

If the entry or the workplace "chair occupancy" entitlement expires for an employee, not only is it not possible to strat a new shift/working time, but the operator will receive a local prohibition message and the manager will receive an incident alert in a documented form.
